A Tripoli man has been sentenced for sexually assaulting two women on separate occasions. 52 year old Tracy Buchholz first assaulted a woman on February 8th near Bremer. Then, on April 25th he assaulted a different woman at Sweet Marsh northeast of Tripoli. Both women were acquaintances of Buchholz. He was originally charged with two counts of 3rd degree Sexual Abuse. He would eventually plead guilty to two counts of Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse. He was sentenced to four years in prison to be followed by parole. He has been prohibited from contacted the victims for five years and must register as a sex offender once he is released from prison.
