While the race for the presidency is still too close to call, Donald Trump has won Iowa’s six electoral votes with 53% of the vote. Biden does currently hold a 238 to 213 lead country wide with many votes still to be counted. In other races Joni Ernst has defeated Theresa Greenfield for the senate spot with 52% of the vote. Ashley Hinson has knocked out incumbent Abby Finkenauer in US House District 1. Hinson slipped by with 51% of the vote. Randy Feenstra will replace Steve King in District 4. He beat Democrat J.D. Scholten with 62% of the vote.
