University of Northern Iowa Police are investigating the theft of a car that was later found burned in Waterloo, according to KWWL. The police department has released pictures of three subjects they believe have useful information on the crime. Anyone with information in the case is asked to contact UNI Police or Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers. There is a cash reward available in the case.
