The Waverly Shell Rock Area United Way are likely going to fall short of their goal of raising $270,000 in order to help those in need in the community.
Executive Director, Jill Krall, does not think this was a bad campaign, however.
Krall also mentioned that layoffs in the community and the flood played a role in the campaign coming up about 10% short of their goal.
