Tuesday was the last large vaccination event run by the Bremer County Health Department. Administrator Lindley Sharp says she has been very pleased with how vaccination roll out has gone in the county. 55% of those 16 and older have gotten at least one dose of a vaccine so far. That number surpasses the state and national average rates.
Sharp says the county has met the demand for the vaccine.
Sharp was asked if she was hopeful about the future regarding the virus.
