The Waverly Police have made arrests in a widespread vandalism case at Memorial Park and the Bremer County Fairgrounds. Four juveniles were referred to Juvenile Court Services for their alleged actions which are said to have caused over $10,000 in damges and subsequently closed the Visitor Center from public access. The juveniles have been charged with 1st degree Criminal Mischief which is a class C felony.
