A relatively new member of the Hudson Volunteer Fire and Rescue has died in a motorcycle crash in Waterloo. The crash was reported just before 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday in the area of Fletcher Avenue and University Avenue. 26 year old Riley Gilbert was rushed to a hospital but was pronounced dead there. The Hudson Volunteer Fire and Rescue said on Facebook that he was eager and willing to learn the job and respond to calls and their thoughts and prayers are with his family.
