Waverly-Shell Rock Area United Way is campaigning for donations to continue serving the ten communities throughout Bremer and Butler Counties. According to United Way they provide assistance for the 31% of local working households struggling financially, the 1-in-6 children who are food insecure, and the 25% of women who will experience domestic or sexual violence in their lifetime.
