Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a former Wapsie Valley student and her newborn infant. 25 year old Shelby Wittenburg and her baby were last seen in Waterloo on January 4th. She was driving a white Volkwagen Jetta with no license plate. Wittenburg is described as a White woman, standing 5’2” tall and weighing 130 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. Her Facebook page lists Readlyn as her hometown. If you have any information on where she and her son are, you are asked to contact police.
