Water Damage at Waterloo Church

A Waterloo church brought their congregation together on Monday, not for service, but to clean up significant water damage, according to KWWL. Due to the extreme cold, a pipe burst in Our Savior’s Lutheran Church’s ceiling, dumping water through most of the building for about two hours. Congregation President Todd Moline said the water went all the way up to the sanctuary and stopped. Congregation members worked with shop vacs and other tools to do the initial clean up before a plumber and a contractor were brought in to restore water power and to dry everything out.
