The Waterloo Community Playhouse is reopening despite continued concerns over COVID-19, according to KWWL. The playhouse will present Church Basement Ladies August 14-16 and 20-23. Masks will be required to enter the building. Only the west entrance will be utilized. Social distancing will be adhered to with seating limited to 25% capacity. No tickets will be used, instead ushers will have a guest list.
