Experience Waterloo will hold Waterloo Lights the Night, Holiday kickoff on Saturday evening. The event will run from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and will be held at Anton’s Garden in downtown Waterloo. There will be a tree lighting at 6:05 followed by fireworks. Santa will be in attendance and there will be animals from Santa’s Stable. The Waterloo Public Library will hold kids storytime at 6:30. There will be free hot chocolate and cookies as well as food and cocktails for purchase. Entry into the event if free and open to everyone.
