A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly having child pornography on his computer, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. The Waterloo Police Department received 19 tips between 2021 and 2024 that a certain IP address was accessing child pornography. That IP address was tied to 60 year old Hazim Kapic. After a search last August, police found sexual child images on his laptop and seized cell phones, CDs, and computers. Kapic has been charged with Receipt and Possession of Child Pornography.
