A Waterloo man who pointed a gun at the head of woman has been found guilty of being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 29 year old Trivansky Swington got into an argument with the woman in vehicle full of people after a night of drinking. He scratched the woman and pulled chunks of her hair out before pulling out a .38 special revolver and pointing it at the woman’s head. Others in the vehicle were able to wrestle the gun down. As Swington walked away from the vehicle he fired one shot. He was arrested a few blocks away.
