A Waterloo man has won $50,000 in the Powerball, according ot KWWL. Michael Harper matched four of five white balls along with the Powerball in the July 30th drawing. He was just one number away from winning the $178.8 million jackpot. The winning numbers on the night were 4-17-57-58-68 and the Powerball was 12. Harper bought his ticket at Guddi Mart at 306 Byron Avenue in Waterloo.
