A Waterloo man has won $100,000 on a scratch ticket, according to KWWL. Salih Sinanovic won the second top prize in the Supreme scratch game. He bought the ticket at Hometown Foods on East Mitchell Avenue before claiming his prize in Cedar Rapids yesterday.
