The recycling site at the corner of Black Hawk Street and W.11th Street in Waterloo will be relocated Tuesday. The construction company that is working on the 11th Street bridge need that location as they continue their work. In the meantime the recycling site will be moved to the Waste Management Treatment Plant at 3505 Easton Avenue. Once construction on the bridge is complete, the recycling site will return to its usual location. A list of other recycling locations can be found at cityofwaterlooiowa.com.
