A Waterloo man is in the hospital in serious condition following a shooting about 7 p.m. Monday at 121 Courtland Street in Waterloo. Witnesses told police they heard a half dozen gunshots. Police found the man inside the home and that’s where they think the shooting happened. Waterloo Police have not released the man’s identity and continue to investigate the incident. The man has since been transferred to an Iowa City hospital.
