Waterloo Teen Arrested Again

An 18 year old man from Waterloo was arrested for intimidation with a dangerous weapon on Wednesday for the second time in the month of July, according to KWWL. The latest charge stems from an incident back on June 28 when Demarrion Oden allegedly fired a gun in the 900 block of West 7th Street. Nobody was struck in that incident but a bullet did hit a minivan in the area that had one occupant. They were uninjured in the shooting. Oden was out on pretrial release when he was arrest on Wednesday. He was also arrested on the same charge back on July 5th in connection to a July 3rd shooting. In that case Oden is alleged to have fired a gun in the 800 block of West 8th Street. A bullet also hit a vehicle in that case, grazing the leg of a person inside. Then, on July 23rd he was arrested for having .22 caliber ammunition in his possession. He also was found with what police described as synthetic marijuana.
