The Iowa Department of Transportation says construction work to replace a storm sewer will impact traffic in Waterloo beginning Tuesday, October 30. Drivers traveling northbound on U.S. 63 onto the northbound lanes of U.S. 218 will be detoured to Westfield Avenue, and then onto Fletcher Avenue to access the northbound on-ramp to U.S. 218.
