The City of Waverly will again be assisting in the disposal of Christmas Trees for citizens after the holiday. From December 28th through January 11th the city will collect trees that have been placed at the curb in front of a residence. They will not collect trees placed in alley ways. They aske that all tinsel, decorations, and plastic tree bag be removed prior to disposal. They will also collect wreaths and garland during this time frame. After January 11th the city will no longer pick these items up.
