The Waverly City Council will hold a special study session this Thursday at 6:00 p.m. The special business agenda includes discussion of the fiscal year 2018 budget planning focusing on infrastructure, new employee positions and vegetation management and a discussion of Rules of Procedure and Ethical Conduct Code.
