Waverly City offices, including the Recycling Center and Yard Waste Site will be closed on Monday for Labor Day. Monday’s garbage and curbside recycling will be picked up on Tuesday. The City reminds citizens to have your garbage and recycling out for collection by 7:00 a.m.
