The City of Waverly’s Water Department will begin routine hydrant flushing Tuesday. This is expected to take two to three weeks to complete. During this time, residents may experience temporary water discoloration or drops in pressure, which is normal. If discoloration occurs, citizens should run their faucet for a few minutes until the water clears.
