Western Home Services is the latest organization to require their employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment, according to KWWL. Employees must be able to show proof that they have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by October 1st and must be fully vaccinated by November 1st. The organization says currently 65% of employees are fully vaccinated. CEO Kris Hansen says the move is an effort to keep those they serve healthy, especially considering they are among the most vulnerable to the virus. Western Home Services joins several other organizations including MercyOne in requiring their staff to be vaccinated.
