A Hazleton woman has been arrested after her three year old son was found wandering around naked outside, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. A passerby contacted police after noticing the boy running naked and dirty through the 400 block of East Hayes Street. The child’s mother, 33 year old Felicia Buckman, claimed she was unaware that the boy had left the house. She surmised he escaped through a back window. This was at least the third time the boy was found wandering the town by himself, and at least the second time that he was naked. Buckman was charged with misdemeanor Child Endangerment. She was released pending trial.
