A woman was arrested last week after an alleged assault near Oelwein Middle School. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office was called to the scene where they contacted 34 year old Stacy Spratt. She is accused of assaulting a juvenile. She also had a warrant out of Dubuque County for a probation violation. She was initially taken to the Fayette County Jail before being transferred to Dubuque County.
