A Waterloo woman has been arrested after allegedly having sex with a 13 year old boy over the summer, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 23 year old Angela Reising was arrested on Wednesday. She has been charged with third degree sexual abuse. She is accused of having sex with the boy twice before a relative of the boy found out and went to police. The boy was subsequently interviewed about their relations, leading to the arrest. Reising could face up to 10 years in prison if she is found guilty. She is being held on a $10,000 bond.
