A Waterloo woman has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing two girls, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 31 year old Shaquala Rogers has been charged with two counts of second degree Sexual Abuse. She is accused of sexually abusing the children in November. A parent discovered the abuse, although it is unclear how, and notified police. The age of the girls and their relationship to Rogers has not been made known.
