Cedar Falls Police, Fire Rescue, and MercyOne Paramedics were called to a home Monday after a dog attacked its owner. An adult female was found to have suffered serious injuries and was transported by ambulance to the hospital. The dog was removed from the residence by Black Hawk County Animal Control.
