A Waterloo woman has been arrested after being found with a gun stolen out of Janesville, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 23 year old Bailey Jacobs was taken into custody Tuesday after being contacted by the Waterloo Police Department’s Violent Crime Apprehension Team at the Waterloo Library. Inside her book bag they found a stolen single shot 12 gauge shotgun. The gun had a barrel under 18 inches and the shoulder stock had been cut off. Jacobs has been charged with fifth Degree Theft and Possession of a Short Barrel Shotgun. Her bond has been set at $10,000.
