A woman who was pulled over in Bremer County last summer with 45 grams of methamphetamine has been sentenced, according to KIMT. 31 year old Samantha Potter of St. Ansgar was pulled over on Highway 218 on June 28 of last year. In addition to the meth, a digital scale was found in Potter’s purse. She has now pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine and Failure to Use a Drug Tax Stamp. She will serve three to five years of supervised probation and must pay a fine of $10,500, which is thought to be the value of the meth found in Potter’s possession. If she successfully meets the terms of her sentence the conviction will be removed from her record.
