Waterloo’s police department is mourning the death of an officer.
Robert J. Greenlee III was found dead at his home on Sunday, according to police. No foul play is suspected, and an autopsy will determine the cause of death.
Greenlee, a 24-year veteran of the police force, was a husband, father and respected member of the community, according to the department. He was a patrol sergeant on second watch, said Chief Dan Trelka.
