Garbage collection in Waterloo will be altered due to the Christmas holiday. There will be no garbage collection on Wednesday, those routes will be picked up on Tuesday. There also will be no garbage collection on Thursday, those routes will be picked up on Friday. No garbage will be collected on Thursday, January 1st either, those routes will be picked up on Friday, January 2nd. There also will be no recycling collection on Thursday, December 25th or Thursday, January 1st. On both occasions recycling will be picked up on Friday and recycling scheduled to be picked up on Friday will be collected on Saturday.
