A Waterloo father has been charged after his toddler sons snuck out of the house while he was playing video games and the mother slept, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. A neighbor called police after noticing the 2 and 3 year olds wandering down the 600 block of West 11th Street just before 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. By the time police arrived on scene the children were safely back in the care of their parents. The children were uninjured. 28 year old Jonathan Davis was charged with two counts of misdemeanor Child Endangerment.
