An 18 year old has been arrested for allegedly shooting people in an alley in Waterloo last week, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Quatez Hill-Watson was taken into custody on Friday and charged with two counts each of Intimidation with a Weapon and Reckless Use of a Firearm Causing Damage and Injury. Police say around 2pm last Tuesday Hill-Watson donned a ski mask and began shooting at someone in the alley. One of the bullets struck a vehicle at the Metro Mart. Debris hit the leg of a teenage girl inside the car. She was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries. Police say she was not the intended target. Bullets also struck the Falls Plaza office building. Hill-Watson was identified through nearby surveillance videos. He was already awaiting trial after a search of his home back in January found marijuana, a stolen 9mm handgun and a .223 AR-15 pistol with a scratched off serial number.
