An 18 year old woman has been arrested for killing a 19 year old man with a shotgun in January in Waterloo, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to a home in the early morning hours of January 15th where they found the body of Joseph Quail, dead from a shotgun blast to the chest. They found the gun inside the home. They have now arrested Danielle Otterson and charged her with Involuntary Manslaughter and Possession of a Short-barreled Shotgun. It is unclear what led to the shooting. Otterson’s bond has been set at $50,000.
