Tuesday night Wapsie Valley football coach Tony Foster announced his retirement. Foster was with the Warriors for 40 years and 19 as head coach. Foster’s teams won 9 district titles, appeared in the playoffs 13 times and won 2 State Championships. Foster’s career record was 146-57.
