A 14 year old was shot early Tuesday morning in Waterloo, according to KWWL. Around 3:45 shots allegedly rang out along Baltimore Street between West 4th and West 5th Streets. The teen was shot in the leg. They were taken to the hospital by private vehicle. Several shell casings were recovered from the scene. No other details have been released at this time.
