Cedar Falls baseball is headed to the State Tournament for the first time since 1989. The Tigers beat Cedar Rapids Kennedy 7-4 in the Sub-State Final Wednesday night. Due to a team quarantine the Tigers only played 7 games this season.
The Baseball State Tournament brackets for all classes will be released Thursday after the coaches have online seeding meetings.
