A traffic stop in Waterloo ended with two people in jail. Just before 1:00 Saturday morning police pulled over two vehicle in the vicinity of Kern Street and Grandview Avenue. An investigation of one of those vehicles turned up a loaded 9mm handgun. The occupants of that vehicle were arrested. They are 25 year old Ashley Cummings and 30 year old Rajih Donley. Cummings was charged with carrying weapons while Donley was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. Both are being held in the Black Hawk County Jail.
