Monday’s city council meeting saw a large representation of residents voicing their opinions on the decision to convert Bremer Ave 3 to lanes, both in support of and against the ruling. One of the stand-out comments of the night, however, focused on the concern that Waverly residents have a difficult time keeping discussions civil.
