Former Butler County supervisor Mark Reiher of New Hartford has received probation after pleading guilty to taking government money in a mileage scheme. Reiher served on the Board of Supervisors from 2011 until 2014, and authorities allege he received mileage for meetings he didn’t attend and received double reimbursement for other meetings.
He was arrested for second-degree theft in October 2015 and pleaded in March.
