The American Rivers Conference announced its 2019-20 Women’s Basketball All-Conference awards Wednesday. Six members of the Wartburg team were recognized for their performances. Coach Bob Amsberry was named the Coach of the Year for the third time and Cedar Falls native Emma Gerdes earned MVP laurels for the second year in a row.
Amanda Brainerd and Waverly native Payton Draper were named to the All-Conference First Team, while Cedar Falls native Ally Conrad, Janesville native Tori Harzard and Katilyn Volesky earned Honorable Mention accolades.
