A second trial has been scheduled for a Charles City man whose first trial ended with a hung jury. Eric Hill is charged with a 2008 Charles City sexual assault. Jurors told the judge twice Monday that they couldn’t reach a verdict. The judge then declared a mistrial and set another trial to begin Aug. 23.
