Gov. Branstad’s oldest son will be leading Donald Trump’s presidential campaign here in Iowa.
Eric Branstad confirmed to KCRG-TV9 on Wednesday he will serve as Trump’s Iowa campaign chief.
Branstad runs a public affairs and fundraising firm in Des Moines. And he’s been working as the state director for America’s Renewable Future, an advocacy group that supports ethanol.
Gov. Branstad has been calling on Iowa Republicans to unite behind Trump’s bid for the White House.
