A Davenport man has been accused of sexually abusing a 13 year old girl in Charles City, according to KIMT. 25 year old Yuciel De La Cruz was charged in September with 3rd degree sex abuse and lascivious acts with a child. He allegedly contacted the girl on the internet and arranged to have sex with her in a Charles City motel in August. He is scheduled to go to trial on December 8th.
