A Clarksville teenager was taken to the hospital after a crash in Bremer County. Emergency crews responded to a two vehicle crash on Highway 3 just East of Waverly around 12:15 a.m. on Saturday.
The Bremer County Sheriff’s Office said 18-year-old Colton Henning was driving his motorcycle when a car turned in front of him. Waverly Ambulance took Henning to a local hospital before he was taken to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
The driver of the car involved was identified as 32-year-old Mario Jarvis-Neuhaus of Shell Rock. An investigation determined Neuhaus was driving while intoxicated. Jarvis-Neuhaus was also cited for driving with a suspended license. His passenger, 34-yesr-old Hannah Katzenburger was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
