A Dunkerton man has been arrested after breaking in to a home and stealing several items including a gun and a dog, according to KWWL. The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office was called to a home in Waucoma just before midnight on the night of May 28th on a report of a burglary. After a weeklong investigation they arrested 23 year old Clayton Fettkether. He has been charged with 3rd degree burglary, 3rd degree theft, 2nd degree arson, and 2nd degree criminal mischief. The dog was recovered thanks to a Facebook post. Most of the other stolen items were also recovered. Fettkether was taken to the Fayette County Jail where he posted a $15,000 bail and was released.
