Tuesday in boys cross country the Waverly-Shell Rock Go-Hawks finished 2nd behind North Polk in the 16-team Webster City Invite. Go-Hawk Nick Kepford finished 3rd and Caleb Hoins was 10th.
On the girls side Waverly-Shell Rock finished 5th at the Dallas Center-Grimes Invite.
